		<description>I agree with LarryWest2K, there is no such thing as a &quot;win-win&quot; result with regard to a PIP. PIP&#039;s are used to start the formalized process to eliminate an employee.
Most of the information in this video seems more appropriate to a Performance Appraisal, not a PIP.
If you are (or sense that you soon will be) in a PIP, I suggest viewing Skolver Working Wisdom&#039;s video on How to Respond to a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), and consider seeking formal legal counsel, if appropriate.</description>
